Technical Support profile with following skill sets and backgrounds:

Skill set :

  • Customer issue & Escalation Management, open to work in 24/7 customer support structure,
  • Excellent Communication skill, Problem Solving skill, Individual performer & team player, Strong track record of delivering issue resolutions up to customer’s expectation. Co-ordination skills with other relevant teams.

Desirable skill set:

  • Technical efficiency into tool & technology used for technical support, relevant domain experience preferably into Cloud, Endpoint management & Security, telecom, BFSI etc.
  • Scripting, Python, Linux etc. is desirable
