We are excited to inform you that we have an urgent requirement for the position of ServiceNow Manager in Leading MNC.

Work independently and as a Technical Lead
Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
Experience working with ServiceNow Integration Hub
Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc
Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
Create new applications, modules, and tables
Activate a plugin
Create and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variables
Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with approvals
Follow the notification process back to the Business Rule
Import data into the instance
Create and use update sets to facilitate moving customizations between instances
Search, populate, and customize the Knowledge Base
Create an Access Control Rule ACLCreate global controls for attachments and cookies
Custom scripting
Build third party software integrations
