Job Description

Key responsibility area (Roles and Responsibilities)

This position is responsible for managing following functions

  • Support in financial, business & profitability analysis and thereby supporting strategic business decisions in terms of profitability enhancements & cost optimization. Supervision of General accounting function to make sure timely and accurate accounting.
  • Support in submission of annual as well as half yearly budgets, forecasts & Long-Range Plans (LRPs) to the region in coordination with local teams
  • Support in monthly reporting pertaining to Sales, P&L, Local Directors Reports, Forecast reports, cost center reports & other performance summaries to region
  • Support cross functional teams for calculation of impact of cost increase

Key Performance Indicators area

  • Accurate & timely submission of Budgets, LRP, FARO & Monthly reports including Local Directors reports
  • Accuracy & timely submission of regional reports & MIS

Required requisites

1. Experience and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant with PQE 1 to 4 years of experience with in Financial Analyst profile
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and cross functional teams.
  • Result and performance driven
  • Leadership Skills

2. Competencies and soft skills

  • Excellent Computer skills like advanced excels, PowerPoint, Word
  • Preferably experienced in Tagetik (Management Reporting Tool)
