ERP TEST Lead

Strong Knowledge Test/QA Management focused on both on premise & cloud-native Enterprise systems as Oracle JDE, SAP Order Management, SAP MM, Genpact CORA sequence etc.• Knowledge in AWS cloud architecture (S3, Lambda & Redshift) and API processes.• Knowledge in cloud native Data engineering platforms and data analytics use cases for Lifesciences Domain.• Deep functional knowledge in AI/ML based Email routing algorithms and automated order management systems targeting e-Commerce use cases.• Experience in Managing the end to end QA life cycle of Scrum of scrum developed features with teams spread across different geographies.• Profound knowledge of Software Release processes.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience in working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.• Expertise in software testing life cycle (STLC) starting from Requirement Analysis through Test Planning till the Test execution stages.• Experience in managing Defect triage meetings and overall Defect management process including Test Status reporting• Proficient with Defect logging tools (Jira, Bugzilla, HP ALM or any other relevant tool)• Experience in Working with Manufacturing, Healthcare & Lifesciences Domains.• Capable of motivating and managing a multi faceted team of QA Engineers directed towards achieving organizational quality objectives.
