Job Description:

TGI Choices Application – Senior C++ Developer Role

An experienced senior C++ developer is required to join a small team of software engineers working

on Choices Hybrid project. The hybrid project is intended to move Choices to a browser hosted

desktop application and integrated with an existing web analytical application. A successful

candidate will work alongside existing C++ developer on the adaptation of desktop Choices4

application to utilise data housed on cloud and accessed via RESTful API.

Required Skillset

• C++ MFC
• COM / COM+
• STL
• RESTful API concepts
• JSON
• C# .NET (desirable)
• Development in Azure Cloud environments and technologies
• MongoDB (desirable)

Competencies

• Good numeracy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a small team and independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Analysis and design experience
• Able to understand and write requirements and specifications
• Understanding of agile iterative development cycles
• Appreciation of the importance of documentation and issue tracking
