Designation: Manager - Business Development
Location: Remote / Ahmedabad / Bangalore
- Formulate the Social Media Strategy for the company.
- Develop a database of qualified leads online and through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize commercials for mandates from target clients and complete the documentation for the same.
- Build connectivity at HR Director / MD / President / CEOs level
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery to newly acquired clients.
- Collate data on industry, organization, competitors and candidates and maintain database on the same.
The ideal candidate should have:
5 to 10 years of experience in generating leads for service industry, preferably for Recruitment consulting companies.
Strong contacts with Hiring/ HR Managers / Directors / MD
Excellent communication skills BOTH oral as well as written
Ability to work under pressure
Salary is not the constraint for the right candidate.
