Job Description

Root Cause Analysis of customer complaints escalated to Grievances Redressal Cell and Principal Nodal Officer of HDFC Bank.
Coordination with various teams & sharing detailed RCAs with Respective Business Heads.
Process improvements to be initiated and implemented wherever inaccuracies have been found.
To action all the incoming customer complaint emails from Domestic and International Geographies
To ensure quality parameters of handling customer complaint are met and timely response to the customer is going.
To Log CRM against the other units wherever internal resolution is not possible & coordinating for quick resolution.
To escalate all CRM's which are not been closed within TAT or have been closed inadequately.
To ensure that all mails are responded and are as per the set quality parameters.
