Customer Education and Activation:
Educating customers on the Financial Markets and ensure the activation.
Educating and activating customers in Products related to Financial Investments including direct Equity investment, MF, SEP/SIP, ETFs, Bonds, NCD, Corporate FD, NPS, IPOs etc.
Understanding client needs and recommend the right set of investment Products/Services.
Product Penetration:
Introducing and educating customers to new products launched
Demonstrate ICICIdirect.com portal and its various tools to customers for their online investments.
Engagement of customers to various tools available in ICICIdirect.com and ensures client retention towards the website and account.
Enhancing customer experience on website with various available tools and features.
Customer Relations :
Building strong bonds with customers to increase customer loyalty towards ICICIdirect.com and its usage.
Open new accounts through references, leads from the existing customers
Meeting and building relationship with clients to procure the business in future
Manage customer queries related to their financial investments
