A Relationship Manager handles a group of High Net Worth Clients providing Financial Advisory and complete Banking Services Act as the face of the bank for the customer, addressing queries, and providing solutions Deepen relationship by ensuring higher product penetration across all customers of the portfolio Ensuring compliance and control in sales and service To enhance & retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet Designing Portfolio for investments on the basis of risk profile of customers using various applications. An Ideal Candidate would possess: Service orientation with a customer first approach Superior organizational and communication skills Strong process adherence and orientation towards following laid down service protocol Sound knowledge on retail banking products. Impeccable sense of ethics and integrity. 4 - 8 years of experience Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post-Graduate
